Exchanges Returns & Refunds

You must manage the return before the established deadline:
You have 10 days from the date that you received the order.
If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, unaltered condition, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the original tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged:
- Perishable goods.
- Underwear
- Cosmetics Products.
- Baby Products.
- Other products they will be highlighted or tagged as non-exchangeable or returnable. (if applicable)
- Bodysuits
- Lingerie
- Sleepwear
- Swimwear
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Hair Products, Hair Accessories
Additional non-exchangeable or non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without previous notice.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, toys, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- When a return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return-eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit. If the return item is rejected, we will send the item back to you at the same address that was specified in the original order and will deduct its return shipping fee from the amount of refund of other item(s) returned in the same order, if any. The return shipping fee for sending the rejected-return item to you will be quoted to you at the time we send back a returned item, and we reserve the right to adjust this fee.
- In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund on the rejected-return item, instead of sending it back to you.
- If you receive a damaged / defective item, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or to the store wallet, or as a gift card, within a certain amount of days.
Exchange: we proceed with the refund, and place a new order for your exchange item. please notice: returning fees may apply
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Defective or damaged: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged If you need to exchange them for the same item. Exchange: we proceed with the REFUNDS, and place a new order for your exchange item. Please notice: returning fees may apply.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Please notice: returning fees may apply.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we only accept the return request from the original buyer, if the buyer requests the return, the refund will be sent to the original payment methods, or to the buyer store wallet.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should contact us and we will send you the address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (if applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other packaging, as long as it is properly sealed to prevent the items from getting lost. You don’t have to write a shipping address on your package. It is not necessary to include a purchase receipt.
If the carrier has failed to collect your order, please contact us so we can arrange a new attempt.
Bear in mind it is not possible to return items from different orders together. Therefore, you will have to request a return for each order and send them separately.
